As a Bible teacher and a worship leader, Alicia’s heart cry is, “All of the Word and all of the Spirit!” She believes that all ministry is an overflow of intimacy with Jesus by receiving the Father’s love in the power of the Spirit. Alicia earned her Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from the University of Birmingham in England, and she is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God. She loves imparting her passion for God’s Word to students at Vanguard University, where she serves as Assistant Professor of Old Testament. Alicia loves mentoring and equipping the next generation as they pursue God’s calling on their lives. Alicia and her husband Paul lead worship together at Vineyard Community Church in Laguna Niguel and other churches throughout Orange County, and they love living in San Clemente. The greatest miracle in their lives is their 4-year-old son Gabriel, who they adopted at 8 weeks old after 13 years of believing God to be parents. Alicia’s life Scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways know Him, and He will direct your paths.”

Cathy is the President and founder along with her husband Stuart Greer of Mission Support Network (MSN Ministries), established in 2008. MSN Ministries is a mission’s organization with a passion for Jesus and His global harvest. It’s their heart’s desire to see the Kingdom of God advance through church planting, evangelistic outreach, and education for the poor. As an ordained minister she along with her husband have equipped thousands of pastors and leaders in 30 different nations. She is an author and a mother in The Faith to many forerunners and catalysts in this generation all around the world. She has a passion for seeing others walk in the fullness of their identity and inheritance in Christ. She previously served as a Pastor at Blessed International, Anaheim, and Vineyard Community Church, Laguna Niguel. She is one of the founders of Kingdom Women International. Joanne has worked in philanthropy for 25 years assisting non-profits, individuals, and corporations. Rachelle along with her husband Mark, and their two daughters, Kenzington and Chloe, just recently moved to South Orange County to start a life-giving church called Oceans Church. After competing professionally for 10 years and working in Corporate America, she was called to use her Marketplace anointing to help advance the Kingdom serving in prayer & worship ministries, fundraising, and creative arts. Kahanah Swift is the Culture Pastor at Father’s House OC in Huntington Beach. She as a former public school teacher and ministry leader for 20 years. She oversees all Family Ministries and co-leads the regional events: Impact-OC Creative Conference and OC City on a Hill Summer Camp. She also leads the partnership of her church with the OC Women’s Conference and Revival Women. Kahanah has a passion to call people into a deeper relationship with Jesus and their community. LESLEY RUSSELL

Lesley is the founder of the Independent Learning Academy (ILA), which is a K-12 university model educational system with over 700 students and two locations, one in Orange County and the other in San Diego County. She and her husband, Joe, of 27 years, are co-founders of Next Generation Ministries whose mission is to raise up the next generation to fulfill their God-given purposes. Lesley is also the Charter Head of both Trail Life Troop 7401 and American Heritage Girls Troop CA 0019. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Gettysburg College and a Master’s in Secondary Education from Manhattanville College. She taught middle school Language Arts in NY before starting her own family. Lesley has always enjoyed working with the youth. For years while raising her own four children, she volunteered in youth ministry in Connecticut, Georgia, and then California where she and her family have lived for the past ten years. Through homeschooling her own children for the past 14 years, Lesley has developed a passion for education and families, which fuels her desire to create an empowering and inspiring educational space for all children. As the Lord leads, she is excited to bring ILA’s educational model to other communities and countries as she prepares a team of teachers, students, and others to travel to Ethiopia in February 2020 to create a similar school model with the former Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Tamrat, and his wife, Mulu at their Life Center. Sandra Genis is a city councilmember and former mayor of the City of Costa Mesa and has served on various county and regional boards including the Southern California Association of Governments and the Orange County Housing Commission.
